Our Standard Delivery typically takes 7 - 14 working days from the date of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors.

Yes, you’ll enjoy free shipping on total orders valued at 52 OMR or more.

- Awaiting Your Order?

- Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, which sometimes means we can’t cancel or change your order if it’s already been prepared and shipped. However, there is a limited time of 30 minutes after placing your order during which you may be able to cancel the items. You can do this from the “My Orders” section in your account.

- Missing Confirmation Email?
Please note that it may take up to 15 minutes for your confirmation email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder just in case! If you still haven’t received it, please give us a call, and we’ll assist you.
- Missing Items from Your Order?
If you notice an item missing from your order, it might be on its way separately. Simply check your order details in the account section for any split shipments. If you’re still unable to locate the item, feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Received a Different Item?

Returns & Refunds
- How do I return or exchange an item?
We offer free online returns for orders placed on Infectedom.com within 30 days of purchase. You may return your Infected products* in their original, unused condition for a full refund.
Excludes Underwear, Swimwear & bottles, which can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, log on to your online account, select the item you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. You will then receive a notification with your request, and our team will contact you for the collection of your return within 2-3 working days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was advertised as free shipping.
- How long will it take to get my refund?
Debit/credit card refunds:
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process and issue your refund. We'll send you an email to notify you when we’ve initiated the refund. Please be aware that your bank might take up to 14 working days to process card refunds after we’ve initiated it. If you have any questions, we’re here to help!
- I still haven’t received my refund!
If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please contact our customer support team at +968 77078882. We're here to assist you and will promptly investigate to resolve any issues.
- Can I merge multiple returns into a single request?
For returns, it's best to handle each shipment separately. Each return request should be packaged individually and collected by a different driver. This ensures a smoother refund process. If you’ve accidentally sent multiple returns in a single package, please let us know, and we’ll sort it out for you.
- Received a faulty item?
We apologize if you've received a faulty item. Our goal is to provide a pleasant shopping experience. You do not need to return the faulty item. Please contact our customer support team at +968 77078882, and we will find the best solution for you.
Payment & Promotions
- Payment Issues When Submitting an Order
If you're having trouble with your payment during checkout, there could be several reasons for the failure. Issues might stem from the card being used, the card limit, or the validity if using a foreign card. In such cases, please contact your issuing bank for assistance.
We also recommend using the latest version of our app. Uninstalling and reinstalling it might help resolve the issue.

- Adding a Promotional or Discount Code
Adding a promotion or discount code at checkout is easy. On your cart page, click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT,' enter the code in the 'HAVE A PROMO CODE' field, and press 'APPLY' on the right-hand side of the screen.
Please note that not all published codes on Infected.com are accepted in the Middle East. If you're unsure, please contact our customer service team for clarification.
- Subscribing to the Newsletter
Stay updated with the latest trends, offers, and information by subscribing to our newsletters. You can easily adjust your newsletter preferences in the 'Preferences' section of your account at any time.
- Extra Charges on Your Order
If you believe you've been charged extra, first contact your bank to confirm that the payment was taken correctly and that the extra amount doesn't need to be reversed by the bank. If your bank confirms a successful payment, the extra charge might be a technical error. We apologize for this experience. Please reach out to our customer care team through any of our support channels, and we will do our best to reverse the incorrect amount as soon as possible.
